Objectives

TBC Bank wished to reorganize its logistics organizational structure and create separate department for procurement. GLA has provided a cross-functional analysis of the procurement and logistics related business units and provided new organizational structure of the Procurement Department. In addition,, GLA has developed the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Procurement and supported the bank in its implementation.
