Objective

Gasgo Motors is a largest distributor of commercial cars’ spare parts in Georgia. The competition in the automotive sector has increased lately and the company needed to comply with changes in the market in order to stay competitive. The company management wanted to reconsider the sales strategy (Retail vs Wholesale) and integrate value added services in its portfolio including spare part retail shops and car services. GLA has supported Gasgo Motors in the strategic positioning on the market and improvement of management practices by developing comprehensive strategic plan and improving supply chain system. The project was co-financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
