GLA supports NOVA in the supply chain capacity building

Within the USAID Industry-led Skills Development Program, the Georgian Logistics Association (GLA) started the project which will support NOVA Ltd in building its capacity in the supply chain and logistics.

The project's main objective is to train NOVA’s personnel in supply chain management and logistics. As part of the project, GLA will conduct NOVA’s skills needs assessment and develop the training program at both strategic and operational levels which fully addresses the company’s challenges in the field of logistics management. The project also includes pilot training to be conducted in Tbilisi and Georgian regions for more than 50 employees.

In the project's scope, GLA will support NOVA in establishing the logistics training centre. This centre will ensure further training of the company’s supply chain personnel and support NOVA's sustainable development of its logistics chain.
